We would like to inform you that the Tax Department announced today (8/4/2022) the commencement of the process for submission of the Income Tax Return Declaration for Individuals for the tax year 2021.

The Income Tax Return for 2021 is available and can be submitted through the TaxisNet system at https://taxisnet.mof.gov.cy.

Based on the Decree issued by the Council of Ministers (KDP 51/2022), the obligation for the submission of Income Tax Return for the tax year 2021 is only applicable to Employees, Pensioners and Self-employed whose gross total income for the tax year 2021, exceeds the amount of 19,500 euros.

The last date for timely submission of the Income Tax Return for the tax year 2021 and payment of tax due without interest and charges, is the 31st July 2022.
