Looking for a trustworthy, committed and professional Secretary & office administrator.

Our team is expanding and we are looking to recruit a highly motivated, responsible and trustworthy individual to assist with the secretarial and office administrator activities.

Job responsibilities:

  • Handling the day-to-day office administration, secretarial and organizational tasks.
  • Welcoming and assisting visitors/guests.
  • Answering/managing telephone calls and distribute mail correspondence.
  • Managing and maintaining the office electronic and hard copy filing system.
  • Dealing with finalization and archiving of documents.
  • Reception duties.
  • Handling certain out-of-office assignment/visiting public sector authorities.
  • Assisting with the execution of due diligence and KYC checks for clients.
  • Monitoring and filing documents to the Registrar of Companies.
  • Assisting in preparation of reports and company’s official documents.
  • Maintaining secretarial files and statutory records of companies up to date.
  • Issuing invoices.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively under pressure.
  • Other administration duties as when required and assigned by management.
  • Flexible and easily adaptable to new tasks.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience of corporate administration or similar roles will be considered an advantage.
  • Prior experience from handling assignments with Social Insurances, Tax and VAT department will be considered an advantage.
  • University/Collage Degree.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language (written and spoken).
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assignments.
  • Pleasant personality.
  • Strong attention to detail.
