Annual Levy 2021

Reminder for the payment of  the Annual Levy for 2023 by 30 June 2023

Introduction

All Cyprus Companies are required to pay the Annual Levy of €350 to the Registrar of Companies by the 30 June every year. The Annual Levy is paid by all Cyprus companies, irrespective of whether they are active or not.

This amount is equally spread between all the companies of the relevant group.
